Chef Nate's love for food started with his childhood in Paris, France, where the cuisine is made. After a decision to settle in New York, for a glamorous career of the stage and screen, he found that being glamorous is hard, and cooking is not; this is where his passion for food and cooking truly blossomed. He moved to Vermont at the beginning of the pandemic to get away from the crowds.
He's currently hiding out in the mountains waiting for the churn to settle.
