Chef Nate's love for food started with his childhood in Paris, France, where the cuisine is made. After a decision to settle in New York, for a glamorous career of the stage and screen, he found that being glamorous is hard, and cooking is not; this is where his passion for food and cooking truly blossomed. Last year, his pursuit for gluten free recipes came from his partner's Celiac diagnosis, which has drastically changed both their diets.
Chef Nate, works at Green Top Farms, while pursuing his own cooking projects in his spare time. He provides private cooking opportunities for NYC residents who require dietary restrictions.
